JOB PURPOSE:
To provide oversight and guidance in the execution of Human resource management services for the
origination inclusive of recruitment, remuneration, compliance, benefits and performance management
and the entire administrative functions.

REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THE JOB:

Qualifications:

Honours Degree in Human Resources
Management/Industrial Psychology of its
equivalent.

Ideal:
Honours Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology of its relevant.
Management Development Programme

Experience:
Minimum: Three years

Ideal:
6 years strategic in Human Resource management with experience in managing staff
