ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as a Mid-Term Evaluation Consultant. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating a program to strengthen national epidemiologic and research capacity to track the HIV/TB epidemic and improve health outcomes in the kingdom Of Eswatini under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
