RFG Eswatini (PTY) LTD a subsidiary of Rhodes Food Group is looking for dynamic and pro-active individuals to fill the following positions:


Reporting directly to the Farm Operations Manager the main purpose of this position is to establish, Coordinate and monitor the spraying of fertilizers. chemicals and chemical weed control including the following:

• Extrapolating monthly spray schedule from annual activity programme and prioritise in consultation with the Operations Manager

• Preparing a list of chemical and fertilizer requirement and a chemical weeding plan

• Supervise side dress application of fertilizer and do reconciliation

• Manage a record of fertilizer and chemical applications and Stock control of chemicals and fertilizer

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:

• BSc. Agronomy or equivalent

• Safety, Health and Environment training

• Minimum 3 years farming experience at middle management level

• A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage


Reporting directly to the Garage Chargehand, the main responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Fixing, maintaining and repairing vehicles, tractors, trailers and implements including electrical components

• Performing scheduled services and recommending tractor, cars and trucks requiring repairs from external dealers

• Conduct checks on trailers, tractors and implements for possible leaks, lights and carrying our scheduled services on tractors

• Repairing electrical systems on tractors and trailers

• Welding and brazing when necessary

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Heavy plant mechanic Grade 1 or equivalent

• Auto Electrical qualification

• Must have an ability to work under pressure

• Must be computer literate


The Main purpose of position is to manage front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including the following:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

• Receiving and sorting daily mail

• Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and Direct them to the appropriate person and office

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Provide administrative support

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges

The ideal candidate should have:

• Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in a corporate environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

• Solid written and verbal communication skills and a Customer service attitude
