Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will report to the General Manager and shall carryout oversight in the efficient functioning of Human Capital Management; Brand Management Function and General Administration by providing sound business support; acting as a change agent: serve as a champion for employees welfare; and pioneering organisational knowledge management. The ideal candidate must be a highly organised and self driven professional.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a wholistic human capital development and management framework.
  • Formulation and maintenance of sound overall human capital management policies.
  • Processing both internal and external recruitment, selection and transfers activities.
  • Oversee processing of company payroll and compliance with all statutory laws.
  • Design and enforce sound performance management systems across the organisation.
  • Ensure that there is seamless communication and dissemination of information within the organisation.
  • Drive an effective employee training and development strategy.
  • Take lead in the handling of all labour and industrial relations matters.
  • Ensure that staff welfare mechanisms are in place and functioning at all times.
  • Provide high level of all general administrative support to the organisation.
  • Drive effective brand development and effective internal and external communications activities.

Qualifications

A Degree Human Resources Management / Social Sciences / Industrial Psychology / Business Administration plus at least 5 years experience in a senior leadership role shall be required. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other statistical applications shall be necessary.

Brand  Development & Communications Officer

Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager Human Resources & Administration and shall carry out organisational brand development and communications activities across multiple channels. The ideal candidate must be highly creative, confident and innovative with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated brand development plan.
  • Maintain and update the contents of all electronic and non-electronic communication platforms.
  • Coordinate all communications outputs with external service providers as required.
  • Take lead in the performance and measurement of our digital presence and outputs.
  • Coordinate compilation of annual reports and all other company publications.
  • Drive brand development & advertising activities by ensuring availability of adequate materials.
  • Provide support in organisational public relations and communications activities.
  • Develop effective public relations and outreach program relating to company activities.
  • Co-ordinate participation in relevant trade exhibition and corporate events.
  • Co-ordinate all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
  • Co-ordinate all organisational marketing intelligence and product development activities.
