The Data Quality Officer will provide support for data quality and improvement efforts. This position will work as part of a team that will lead the institutionalization of data quality practices to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.



This position will manage program databases, including collecting compiling, storing and analyzing data and information received from health facilities. This role will support the development and maintenance of a data warehouse, including creating and maintaining technical documentation.

The Medical Officer will provide comprehensive technical assistance to health facilities to implement TB/HIV prevention, treatment, care and support programs in alignment with national guidelines. He will provide zonal/cluster level technical oversight focusing on integration, scaling up for impact, quality assurance, innovations to improve access and utilization of services/resolve bottlenecks and sustainability at facilities supported by Georgetown in the Manzini/Lubombo regions. Working closely with the Regional Technical Lead, other clinical advisors and M&E advisor(s), he/she will lead the zonal/cluster team to provide technical assistance, mentorship and supportive supervision to implement effective strategies to strengthen the capacity of health facilities to sustain epidemic control through close monitoring of TB/HIV clinical cascades, viral load suppression, retention in care, expansion of DREAMS interventions, cervical cancer screening and management, VMMC, PrEP and TPT.

This position will enhance capacity of nursing care providers and other professionals working at facility level to improve care processes and systems for effective delivery of comprehensive HIV services including strengthening care continuity systems essential for patient retention in care. He/she will provide technical support in the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of TB/HIV Care and Treatment activities at GU-supported facilities in Lubombo/Manzini. Key responsibilities will include providing direct technical assistance, mentorship and supportive supervision to nurses to strengthen their clinical skills in the prevention and treatment of opportunistic infections, ART optimization, and TB treatment. He/she will provide clinical mentorship to nurses to review, assess and treat patients according to national guidelines and policies, build the capacity of expert clients to effectively use appointment registers, identify defaulters and lost to follow-up and bring them back to care as per the national linkage and retention SOP He/she will also provide technical assistance for expansion of DSD, cervical cancer screening and management, DREAMS interventions, VMMC, PrEP and TPT.

This position will provide oversight for implementation of adherence and psychosocial support (APS) activities in selected health facilities. This position will coordinate with APS linkages coordinators social workers/psychologists. The APS Nurse advisor will provide TA and mentorship for the implementation of linkage and retention strategies intended to retain clients in care and treatment services.

This position will work under the guidance of the Medical Officer to provide technical assistance to health facilities addressing all necessary laboratory matters related to HIV care management from HIV testing to viral load determination. The Regional Laboratory Advisor will provide technical assistance to providers to implement routine viral load monitoring, including expansion of DBS and EID testing. He/she will also support expansion of XpertUltra for TB testing, optimization of HIV recency testing, and screening for gonococcus, chlamydia trachomatis and trichomonas vaginalis for AGYW with lower abdominal pain and/or vaginal discharge.

This position will provide direct support to health facilities and enhance their capacity to effectively manage the commodity supply chain, adequately forecast for commodity needs, manage inventory efficiently, monitor and report utilization of all HIV and related commodities.


The Clinical social worker will provide support and follow-up to people living with HIV (PLWHIV), helping them to address social and psychological barriers to ART initiation and adherence. This position will collaborate with health facility and community workers to ensure patients have optimal care and are linked to existing social structures and services. He/she will also support the coordination of psychosocial support for Teen Club activities targeting teens and adolescents, including planning for transition clubs, mentoring peer educators and technical assistance for management of difficult adolescent cases. He/she will participate in home visits and home-based care activities as well as counselling of complicated clients.

This position will support health facilities to implement linkage and retention strategies for ART eligible clients. This role will liaise with APS nurse advisors and social workers/psychologists to plan, coordinate and monitor all linkage and retention activities. The APS and Linkages Coordinator will support the implementation of linkage and retention strategies intended to link and retain clients in comprehensive care and treatment services. Working closely with the APS Nurse advisor, he/she will mentor expert clients to implement linkage case management following national guidelines. He/she will also support planning, implementation and evaluation of defaulter identification and tracking systems at the respective health facilities using approved national tools.



The Finance Manager will manage all in-country program finances according to Federal rules and regulations, institutional policies and procedures, national laws and regulations, and according to internationally accepted good accounting and financial management standards. This position will ensure that allocated funds are managed according to approved work plans, and with proper fonder approval. The position will provide in-country leadership on financial management, accounting and compliance. This is a mid-senior level position that requires previous experience managing US government or other donor programs.



This position will provide ICT Management to the program ensuring that computer systems run smoothly within the limits of specifications, costs, requirements and timelines. The individual will also supervise the maintenance and implementation of any new products used to meet the organization’s computing needs. The candidate should possess leadership skills and have the ability to analyze, design, deploy, and operate IT software and hardware systems supporting the organization, including the internal data management systems. The individual must also be innovative and have the ability to research and implement computer processes and equipment that provide strategic solutions to unique problems the organization faces on a regular basis.
