Purpose of the Position
To provide support across various Human Capital functions while following a structured on-the-job development programme to build the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a successful career in Human Resources.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Participate in a structured Human Capital development programme and actively engage in assigned learning, coaching, and development activities.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Support performance management processes.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required.
- Internship, industrial attachment, or practical exposure in Human Resources or Administration will be an added advantage.
