Job Overview
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) invites applications for the position of Account Developer to join its Sales and Marketing team.
CCBA is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa and the eighth largest globally, serving over 800,000 customers across 14 countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Execute trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Utilize digital sales tools to manage orders, track performance, and improve visibility
- Identify new business opportunities through market insights
- Ensure compliance with company standards on stock rotation, equipment placement, and merchandising
- Contribute to business growth while supporting community-focused initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience:
- Recent graduate or equivalent experience in sales or commercial environments
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and drive
Skills:
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability
- Proficiency in digital tools and systems
- Good communication skills (English required; additional languages advantageous)
