Job Overview

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) invites applications for the position of Account Developer to join its Sales and Marketing team.

CCBA is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa and the eighth largest globally, serving over 800,000 customers across 14 countries.

This role offers an opportunity to develop a career in sales by managing a designated territory, driving customer growth, and executing commercial strategies that directly impact business performance. The successful candidate will gain exposure to structured development programmes, digital tools, and a high-performance sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Execute trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Utilize digital sales tools to manage orders, track performance, and improve visibility
  • Identify new business opportunities through market insights
  • Ensure compliance with company standards on stock rotation, equipment placement, and merchandising
  • Contribute to business growth while supporting community-focused initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience:

  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience in sales or commercial environments
  • Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and drive

Skills:

  • Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems
  • Good communication skills (English required; additional languages advantageous)
