Job Summary

Liberty Life Swaziland Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Partner, People & Culture to provide end-to-end People & Culture (P&C) business partnering support across allocated business portfolios.

The successful candidate will apply specialist knowledge and sound judgement to resolve complex people-related challenges while providing strategic P&C advisory services that enhance the employee experience and support business objectives in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end People & Culture business partnering support.
  • Advise business stakeholders on People & Culture matters across assigned portfolios.
  • Deliver strategic P&C guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Resolve complex people-related challenges using specialist knowledge and judgement.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to implement integrated People & Culture solutions.
  • Drive effective People & Culture practices that support business growth and transformation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • First Degree in Human Resources.

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years’ experience in People & Culture Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of the role of People & Culture in supporting business performance and commercial success.
  • Proven experience implementing integrated and sustainable People & Culture solutions.
  • Knowledge and application of People & Culture performance measures.
  • Experience working in a multinational organisation with senior management teams in a complex business environment.
