Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation – Eswatini, in partnership with the SeriousFun Children’s Network, is inviting applications from passionate individuals to serve as Adolescent Camp Volunteers for the Sibancobi Camp.
The camp caters to adolescents aged 15–19 years and will be conducted from 13 August to 24 August 2026.
Individuals with great passion, empathy, and experience working with adolescents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School completion.
- Desire and ability to work with adolescents outdoors or in a camp setting.
- Physical strength and endurance to maintain consistent supervision of campers during camp.
- Ability to work positively within a team and accept supervision and guidance.
- Good character, integrity, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Psychology, First Aid Certificate, or any other related qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience working with adolescents.
- Clean police record.
- Energetic and focused.
- Three (3) traceable referees.
- Commitment to attend the entire camp session.
