1. Law Lecturer

Salary: Grade E1 – E460,749 to E496,777 per annum

Minimum requirements:

  • Level/GCSE/SGCE/EGCSE or equivalent certificate.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
  • Admitted Attorney of the High Court in Eswatini.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in SACCOs Management, PGCE or Vocational Instructor Diploma is advantageous.
  • Sober character and computer literacy.

Key duties:

  • Deliver lectures to post-secondary/high-school students.
  • Develop course outlines, teaching aids, curricula and assessment tools.
  • Supervise student learning, research projects and field attachments.
  • Advise the Commissioner on legal matters and assist with cooperative legislation and policy.
  • Coordinate programmes, courses and seminars.
  • Conduct outreach training and cooperative research.
  • Prepare budgets, reports, proposals, training materials and presentations.

2. Assistant Commercial Officer

Salary: Grade C4 – E212,912 to E239,634 per annum

Minimum requirements:

  • Level/GCSE/SGCE/EGCSE or equivalent certificate.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Field Officer, or 4 years’ experience in a related field.

Key duties:

  • Screen trading-licence applications, renewals and amendments.
  • Verify company-registration certificates, tax-clearance certificates and identity documents.
  • Prepare evaluation summaries and assist with public enquiries.
  • Update the Central Commercial Registry and maintain licence/application records.
  • Guide entrepreneurs through registration and licensing processes.
  • Conduct business-premises inspections and prepare site-verification reports.
  • Coordinate trade workshops, meetings and stakeholder seminars.
  • Compile statistics, performance metrics and quarterly progress reports.

3. Agri-Business Lecturer

Salary: Grade E1 – E460,749 to E496,777 per annum

Minimum requirements:

  • Level/GCSE/SGCE/EGCSE or equivalent certificate.
  • BSc in Agricultural Economics with Education, PGCE or Vocational Instructor’s Diploma.
  • MSc in Agricultural Economics, Postgraduate Diploma in SACCOs Management and cooperative-sector experience are advantageous.
  • Sober character and computer literacy.

Key duties:

  • Produce teaching materials and lecture agricultural/business subjects.
  • Develop curricula, organise guest speakers and coordinate study tours.
  • Coordinate college courses, workshops and seminars.
  • Conduct field visits, training programmes, research and cooperative education.
  • Collect, analyse and validate cooperative data for stakeholders, including the Central Bank.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, news releases and field-training plans.
