
The Eswatini Electricity Company is inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the vacant role of Commercial Consultant. This position reports to the Snr. Commercial Consultant under the Customer Service Division.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or equivalent from a recognized university.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in customer service environment. Experience in conflict resolution, dealing with customer enquiries or complaints.

- Exposure to financial reports and interpretation

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
To receive new or prospective customer applications and provide customer service through costing or quotation to connection projects in the region, and support superiors in the administration of regional commercial activities.
