KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Country People Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the AB InBev People Agenda within the country site teams. The role partners with line management to implement and manage the people cycle and priorities, deliver key people processes, and ensure that the needs of the business and employees are addressed in line with the Dream, People and Culture principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Country/Functional Leadership Team to support business priorities.
- Ensure HR services drive business results and support the business strategy.
- Embed the VPO/DPO Programme across sites.
- Build HR capability through development and coaching.
- Embed the People Cycle across all functions.
- Manage talent processes and future talent needs.
- Support diversity and legislative requirements.
- Support annual target-setting processes.
- Assess learning and development needs.
- Support recruitment and effective onboarding.
- Manage individual reward matters in line with policies.
- Ensure Industrial Relations policies and practices are understood and implemented.
- Champion annual union negotiations.
- Manage employee relations matters in Eswatini.
- Maintain Employee Master Data Quality.
- Analyse employee engagement and people data to identify key issues.
- Develop plans to improve employee engagement.
- Analyse talent data to support talent planning.
- Plan, monitor and track the people package spend for Eswatini.

- Experience managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior business leaders.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent business-related qualification.
- 4–6 years’ Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Knowledge of local labour legislation and experience in labour relations.
- FMCG experience is preferred.
