Job Purpose
To develop, maintain and implement the Exchange Control Compliance Framework across all business areas. The role ensures that business activities comply with exchange-control requirements, helping to prevent operational losses, fines, penalties and reputational damage while supporting the Bank’s competitive advantage.
Minimum Qualification
- First Degree in Business Commerce or a related field.
Experience Required
- At least 3–4 years’ experience in Exchange Control and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of exchange control, cross-border transaction reporting, foreign exchange and reporting systems.
- Experience in data mining and regulatory compliance.
- Experience assessing operational risks in business areas affected by exchange control.
- Proven ability to influence employees at all levels to implement compliance frameworks effectively.
