Provision of Integrated Marketing, Branding & Communications Services

Standard Bank Eswatini Limited (“SBES”) hereby invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced agencies for the Provision of Integrated Marketing, Branding & Communications Services.

The appointed service provider will serve as the Bank’s leading integrated marketing communications partner, delivering a comprehensive range of services including strategic marketing, creative development, digital marketing, content creation, public and media relations, event management, customer and stakeholder communications, social media and campaign execution, as detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Interested companies wishing to receive the RFP must send an email to SwazilandProcurement@stanbic.com with the subject line: “Expression of Interest – Provision of Integrated Marketing, Branding and Communications Services.”
• The email should include the company name and contact details of a designated representative.
• RFP documents will be issued electronically from Wednesday, 12th August 2026, upon receipt of the expression of interest.
• The closing date for submission of proposals in response to the RFP is Friday, 26th August 2026.
• Any queries or requests for clarification must be submitted via email to SwazilandProcurement@stanbic.com no later than 5 days before the tender closing date.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
