FINANCE MANAGER

Purpose of the Position

The key function of the Finance Manager is to generate insightful analyses of business performance and behaviour, and contribute to the formulation of business strategies and plans for identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Produce timeous monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for all companies under Logico Group for the EXCO team and CA&S Head Office.
• Manage creditors and debtors’ teams (Logico & Biotrace) to ensure timeous payments and collections.
• Actively manage the cash flows and GP margins of the business.
• Identify trends and provide insights to management and sales teams to support profitability growth.
• Manage master data, pricing, and claims teams to ensure effective customer and business support.
• Perform value chain analysis and recommend improvements to margin analysis.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
• Assist annual budgeting activities and monthly forecasting processes.
• Support planning cycles involving budgets, forecasting, and business plans.
• Provide timely reports using tables, charts, and graphs for decision-making.
• Manage direct reports and drive a high-performance culture.
• Perform any other duties as may reasonably be assigned.
