Mangethe Group invites applications from ambitious, recently qualified graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Programme for a period of 12–24 months.

1. Graduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor
2. Graduate Trainee Civil Engineer

Minimum Requirements (Both Roles)

• BSc, BTech or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Must have graduated within the last 2 years with a strong academic record.
• Computer literate with proficiency in:
  • MS Office
  • AutoCAD
  • Civil 3D
  • Candy
  • CCS (advantageous)
• Must be an Eswatini citizen.
• Eager to learn, self-driven, and a team player.
• Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Graduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor

• Assist with bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Support site valuations, variation orders, and interim payment claims.
• Provide procurement support and assist with subcontractor comparisons.

Graduate Trainee Civil Engineer

• Assist site engineers with setting out, quality control, and daily site records.
• Support with design calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Monitor materials testing, site safety, and programme progress.
