• Project and programme managers who deliver complex work on time and within budget.
• Infrastructure professionals from telecommunications, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), utilities, energy, construction, civil works or similar industries.
• Professionals who develop standards, processes and playbooks that teams can consistently follow.
• Individuals who coach others, unblock teams and drive progress without needing to be the boss.
• Problem-solvers who understand cost, quality and delivery, and can strike a balance between them.

An ISP background is not required. Candidates who have delivered important work within challenging environments, with imperfect information and budget constraints, are encouraged to express their interest.
