Job Overview

The Intern will support various functions across the organisation through rotational assignments within professional service areas. This role is designed to develop foundational skills, knowledge, and experience to prepare for future career opportunities within the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

Client Issue Diagnosis

  • Collect and analyse information through research and interviews
  • Support identification of client issues and contribute to solution design

Customer Service

  • Handle customer queries, including complex or non-routine cases
  • Deliver quality customer service across multiple touchpoints

Community of Practice Management

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to build expertise

Product / Service Information

  • Provide basic product and service information
  • Respond to general customer inquiries

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Perform data entry and verification tasks
  • Support basic data analysis activities

Knowledge Management

  • Collect and document best practices and case studies
  • Contribute to organisational knowledge sharing

Solutions Analysis

  • Assess compliance with established procedures and standards

Operational Compliance

  • Follow organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
