Job Description Summary

Coca-Cola is looking for a Liquid Mixing Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the liquids production area and support the Production Manager in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Manage daily operations within the liquids production area.
• Support the Production Manager in ensuring smooth production processes.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and lead a team of operators.
• Ensure efficient operations to meet business targets.

Work Coordination

• Coordinate workloads within the team.
• Ensure production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are achieved.

Issue Monitoring

• Monitor operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.

Performance Development

• Support employee development and performance improvement.
• Maintain high operational standards within the team.

Culture & Safety

• Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum tertiary qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
