Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join the organisation as Manager Human Capital Operations. The successful candidate will provide strategic human capital support, drive talent management initiatives, oversee HR operations, and ensure the effective implementation of human resource policies, systems, and processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support and advisory services to management and business units.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, employee retention, and succession planning.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and appointments.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Support performance management, learning and development, and job evaluation processes.
- Oversee HR administration, employee records management, leave administration, payroll inputs, and related advisory services.
- Manage HR projects, budgets, reports, dashboards, and change management initiatives.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure achievement of departmental objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Behavioural Sciences or an equivalent qualification.
Advantageous
- Postgraduate Qualification or Honours Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience Required
Minimum Experience
- At least five (5) years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
Advantageous
- Six (6) or more years’ HR Generalist experience.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
