WE’RE HIRING – OFF-CROP 2027 INTAKE

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Off-Crop 2026/27, from January to March 2027, in the following trades:

Available Trades

• Artisan Fitter
• Artisan Boilermaker
• Welders
• Sub-Journeyman Welders
• Riggers
• Electricians
• Artisan Turner Machinist
• Instruments Technician

Key Performance Areas

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of factory equipment during the Off-Crop Season.
• Adherence to Ubombo’s procedures, policies and guidelines, including SHERQ, Competition Law, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC). 6ac3381e1ce26

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in the relevant trade.
• Trade/Grade Test Certificate, where applicable.
• Completed apprenticeship with at least two years’ post-apprenticeship experience, where applicable.
• Proficiency in English – speaking, reading and writing.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good health and physical fitness.
