JOB SUMMARY

BSC Modern Business English School is an international online educational platform dedicated to teaching adults and developing practical business communication skills in English.

The school is seeking professionals with real-world business or industry experience who can bring practical knowledge into the virtual classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English and a strong understanding of professional environments such as business, corporate communication, sales, human resources, information technology, finance, customer service, management, or other specialised fields.

This role is best suited to individuals who can confidently teach adult learners and support them in developing effective communication skills for the workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging online English lessons to adult learners.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group Business English classes.
• Create and customise teaching materials to suit learners’ individual goals.
• Develop structured and interactive lessons focused on practical communication.
• Help students overcome language barriers and improve their confidence.
• Support learners in strengthening their professional communication skills.

COLLABORATION MODEL

• Fully remote position.
• Flexible schedule with no fixed working hours.
• No minimum teaching hours required.
• Teach as much or as little as you prefer.
• Standard lesson duration is 45 minutes.
• Payment is made for completed lessons only.
• No compensation is provided for availability or standby time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience teaching English, particularly in a business or professional environment.
• Previous business, corporate, or industry experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to teach adult learners confidently and effectively.
• Strong lesson planning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

REMUNERATION

• E80 – E110 per hour
• Expected teaching load: 10–30 hours per week
• Payments are processed based on invoices submitted for completed lessons.
