JOB PURPOSE

To create and manage a multi-disciplinary insights and analytics team that partners in the design and delivery of personalised client conversations for CHNW Clients in-country.

The role will also design, develop and execute a client conversation portal, such as NBA, enabling bankers to have contextually relevant and meaningful conversations with clients.

• Post Graduate Degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Personalisation, CHNW | Personal and Private Banking | 8–10 years

The successful candidate should have:

• Proven experience in deep quantitative, analytics and modelling environments.
• A proven track record of delivering both customer and commercial outcomes.
• Proven experience in customer insights and analytics environments.
• End-to-end accountability for translating data into insights.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable customer conversations that deliver both customer and commercial outcomes.
