About the Position

The FIX is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its team at The Gables, Manzini.

The successful candidate will represent the brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets and stay up to date with the latest fashion and décor trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide an amazing customer experience.

• Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions.

• Actively monitor sales performance against targets.

• Sell a diverse range of products while keeping up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.

• Identify opportunities to generate new sales.

• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

– Grade 12 (Matric).
