SAW-MILL SUPERVISOR

Position: Saw-Mill Supervisor

A vacancy exists at Eswatini Treated Timber (PTY) LTD, a saw-mill company based at Tonkwane in Mbabane.

Requirements:

• Form Five certification;
• At least three years’ experience working as Team Leader
• Must have a certificate in Timber processing/Technology, Production/Operations Management, etc.

Duties:

• To Plan, organize, coordinate, implement and control production;
• Ensure product conforms to set quality standards;
• Achieve the correct product mix;
• Meet set standards and targets;
• Responsible for good housekeeping;
• Maintain harmonious labour relations in your team;
• In charge of your health and safety in your team.
