UFS International is seeking a vigilant, professional, and trustworthy Security Guard to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor school entrance gates and control visitor access.
• Conduct regular patrols of the school premises and perimeter.
• Safeguard school assets, vehicles, and property.
• Assist with traffic control during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times.
• Respond promptly to security alerts, emergencies, and disruptions.
• Maintain a secure and orderly environment across the school campus.
• Communicate professionally with students, staff, parents, and visitors.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Valid Security Training Certificate from a recognized institution.

Skills & Competencies

• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in both English and SiSwati.
• Professional, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven security experience.
• Previous experience in a school or educational environment will be an added advantage.
