THE ROLE
Lusundvu Agricultural Academy is expanding its digital learning environment and strengthening its security infrastructure. The institution is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Specialist to lead, maintain, and secure all ICT systems across the institution. The role requires technical depth, strong leadership, and the ability to support both academic and administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the school’s entire digital ecosystem, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, user accounts, and cloud platforms.
- Manage and maintain security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, networks, and related infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support to staff and learners.
- Lead IT projects, including digital learning tools and new technology implementations.
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement protective measures, policies, and incident response.
- Train staff on digital tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support and system administration.
