Role Purpose

Provide ICT leadership to drive EWSC’s strategy and digitisation agenda. The role uses technology to improve efficiency, innovation, customer service and the sustainable management of water resources.

Knowledge and Skills

• Network architecture, hardware, servers, databases and cloud computing.
• Software-development methodologies, enterprise systems and application lifecycle management.
• Cybersecurity best practices, risk management and data-protection compliance.
• Water distribution, treatment processes, regulation and sector-specific challenges.
• Ability to align ICT strategies with corporate objectives.
• Digital-transformation leadership.
• Sound, timely decision-making across technical and business considerations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
• IT-related postgraduate qualification.
• At least 8 years’ experience in an information-services environment.
• At least 5 years’ management experience.
