Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise demolition works, including asbestos-related demolition procedures.

Manage bulk earthworks, roads and civil services from inception to completion.

Oversee structural concrete work and mechanical installations.

Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials on site.
-
Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
-
Manage programmes (MS Project), budgets and progress reporting.

Liaise with engineers, consultants and municipal authorities.
Minimum Qualifications

N5 (or higher) in Civil Engineering.

Certified Demolition Supervisor, including asbestos-related demolition (certificates required).

Minimum 20 years’ experience in civil construction. Senior Site Manager experience is an advantage.

Proven experience managing both demolition and bulk earthworks on the same project.
-
Experience on projects of E30 million or more.
-
Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.
