Role:
Lead, plan, and manage site operations to achieve project milestones, meet financial targets, and ensure full SHEQ and statutory compliance.
Requirements
- BSc / BTech Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years construction (Civils & building) experience with 2 years relevant experience in similar role
- Strong contract, commercial, and site management background
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Drive site financial performance (cost control, revenue, profitability)
- Plan, programme, and monitor project progress and productivity
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials
- Ensure full compliance with SHEQ, company policies, and statutory regulations
- Resolve site issues efficiently and support sound project decisions
- Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships
- Compile accurate reports (costs, programme, productivity, SHEQ trends)
