Job Description
Jet is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to drive store performance, lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
- Control store expenses.
- Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage is within company standards.
- Lead people-management activities, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies and standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and fulfilment of customer needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- At least three years’ retail experience.
- At least one year’s store-leadership experience.
