3. Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field of study.
A PGCE or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning.
The ability to plan and deliver engaging, learner-centred lessons.
A commitment to high academic standards and continuous professional development.
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to the values and ethos of a Christian school.
Experience teaching Cambridge or international curricula up to AS/A Level will be an added advantage.
