Job Purpose

The Tech Specialist will be responsible for the company’s network infrastructure and devices, while providing daily technical support to end-users.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s network infrastructure and devices.
• Provide daily technical support to end-users.
• Monitor and attend to computer systems, applications, configurations and diagnostics.
• Install and maintain software and hardware.
• Ensure systems and devices are kept up to date.
• Manage all business technology equipment and devices.
• Maintain inventories of IT equipment and devices.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance and replacement of business technology equipment.

• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Diverse knowledge of various operating systems and platforms.
• IT network creation, planning and management.
• Good knowledge of commercial applications, data handling and report creation.
• Good knowledge of current and emerging technology trends.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Corporate IT environment.
• Microsoft Certification (MCSE/MCITP).
