About the Role

The duties include coordinating, planning, supervising and reporting the utilisation and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment to keep them safe, compliant and operating effectively and efficiently.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Managing and scheduling fleet maintenance and regular servicing.
- Supervising and coordinating drivers, mechanics and vehicles.
- Perform daily inspection of all vehicles for safety and comfort.
- Perform digital surveillance and monitor vehicles, equipment, drivers, fuel and service providers.
- Ensure transport operations run smoothly and align with travel schedules.
- Digital and manual filing, data capture, analysis and reporting for transport operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of motor mechanics, stakeholder communication, planning and administration.
- Previous experience in transport (working with Toyota vehicles is an added advantage).
- Effective communicator and efficient administrator with strong problem-solving skills.
