DMEAL Lead (1)

The Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (DMEAL) Lead is responsible for all Programme Design, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning, and technical leadership and guidance for successful alignment with OP Phase III Child Results and Future Ready Sponsorship (FRS) requirements. The role holder will be responsible for leading end-to-end program monitoring and AIM/AIM+ to generate credible evidence of impact and support the FO leadership with data driven decision-making.  Alignment of the office work with industry standards of programme and data quality, as well as data integrity and validity, including successful transition to iMPAQ, will be among top priorities. Generating FO specific evidence of impact to support external engagement and impact driven resource acquisition will also remain among key deliverables.

Monitoring & Evaluation Manager – Facility Community Initiative (FCI)

World Vision Eswatini will be implementing a Facility Community Initiative with local FBO healthcare facilities alongside with the Ministry of Health and Faith based and community associations to support strengthening of health systems and transition. The FCI project will work with the FBO facilities and community health networks, and other stakeholders that support the government to deliver integrated HIV and TB and it is for this reason that we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the below position:

The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will design, implement, and manage the country-level monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system for the FCI country program in Eswatini, aligned with the global MEL framework, standards, and indicators established by the Global MEL Team, while remaining responsive to the country context and aligned with national health information systems. Working collaboratively with technical teams, implementing partners, Ministry of Health (MoH) , Faith-based Organizations (FBOs), and other stakeholders, the MEL Advisor leads capacity building of local FBO partners,  data quality assurance, analysis, and reporting; ensures alignment with national Health Information Management System (HMIS) and Regional  Health Information System 2 (DHIS2) and donor reporting requirements; builds the MEL capacity of sub-partners; and promotes the use of data for decision-making and continuous quality improvement.

DMEAL Coordinator (1)

The Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Coordinator will report to the Program Development and Quality Lead and its purpose is to lead transformation on analysis validation and dissemination of information products at World Vision Eswatini. This role is established to support implementation and rollout of DMEAL tools and processes at sector and Area program (AP) levels. This is also expected to contribute and support research and business development initiatives that will further learning and business acquisitions.
