Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide security frameworks and compliance programs to protect ESWACAA’s digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise security architectures
• Manage cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance audits
• Develop IAM frameworks and encryption strategies
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Evaluate third-party/vendor security compliance
• Train teams on cybersecurity awareness
• Provide general IT support

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification

• BSc in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent

Added Advantages

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP certifications
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• ITIL Foundation
• Computer forensics training

Experience

• 5 years’ experience in information security
• Cloud security (AWS/Azure)
• Firewall experience (Cisco ASA, Sophos, SonicWALL)
• Strong network security background

Skills Required

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS frameworks
• SIEM, IAM, IDS/IPS proficiency
• Scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Ethical hacking and forensic investigation
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Job Purpose

To facilitate drafting of legislation, regulations, policies, and standards while ensuring compliance with ICAO SARPs and other legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise-wide compliance framework
• Conduct compliance monitoring and investigations
• Draft and review legal instruments and agreements
• Advise management on aviation regulatory risks
• Support litigation and dispute resolution
• Promote ethics and governance initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of Eswatini

Added Advantage

• Postgraduate qualification in Aviation Law

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ legislative drafting experience

3. Principal Aeronautical Information Management Officer

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing aeronautical information and maintaining accurate aviation data, maps, charts, and Integrated Aeronautical Information Packages (IAIP).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection and processing of aeronautical data
• Verify AIS products for compliance and accuracy
• Supervise AIM staff operations
• Conduct OJT training and submit reports
• Ensure quality assurance and risk mitigation
• Prepare operational reports
• Monitor AIM equipment and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, AIS, ATM, GIS, or equivalent
• AIS ICAO 021 Certification
• AIS Supervisory Management Certificate
• Quality Management & Safety Management Systems Certificate
• AMHS/AIS/AIM Systems Certificate
• OJT Instructor Training

Added Advantage

• PANS OPS and Aeronautical Charts training
• PBN for AIM training

Experience

• 5 years’ experience as an AIM Officer
• Proven people management experience

Skills Required

• AutoCAD and GIS proficiency
• Database application skills
• Leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of ICAO systems and AIS procedures
• Willingness to work long hours
