Job Summary
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a qualified Stores Buyer to manage procurement of engineering spares, consumables, tools, and materials in support of maintenance and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure engineering spares, consumables, tools, and materials
- Create and manage purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, and contracts in SAP
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
- Utilize e-sourcing platforms such as Keelvar for competitive bidding
- Ensure timely availability of critical engineering materials
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, inventory, and finance teams
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and QSE standards
- Support cost-reduction and supplier-rationalization initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years procurement/buying experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments
- Strong SAP MM knowledge
- Experience sourcing engineering spares and technical materials
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Summary
The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Stores Inventory Specialist to manage engineering spares and materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and support maintenance operations through effective stock control and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering spares and materials including receiving, storage, issuing, and tracking inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records in SAP
- Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with QSE standards
- Support maintenance teams by ensuring availability of critical spares
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Optimize stock levels to reduce costs and downtime
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
- SAP proficiency
- Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of engineering spares
- Good communication and teamwork skills
